You always heard that twitter is a great place to get clients for freelancing. You might worked hard to get client from twitter. But ohhhh, you never got any clients yet! 
. Now I just want to clear that, Yes you can get clients from twitter too. So let start learning How I got My First Client from Twitter.
When I started my designing career, I really work hard to get clients, I am always digging to get clients for my designing work. One day I read a post some where (Don’t know the blog url, sorry for that). The author explained how to get clients from twitter. From the whole article I only get one thing interesting is the search box of twitter.
What I did first:
After reading the post, I immediately run to twitter, login with my ID and password. Then I point to the search box and wrote “Need logo”. OMG wait, what??. There are so many people who were looking for logo. I am just happy seeing so many clients for logo. I replied almost ten people that I provide logo designing almost with my portfolio URL. Damn!! what happened not a single people replied me.
My smart way:
Again I done the same procedure, then I got a lady asking help for her logo. What she wanted was, to convert the logo from JPG to PSD. I immediately replied her, “Hey you cannot convert JPG to PSD”. Again she replied, “I had logo in JPG format but I need it in PSD format for further stationary design”. I replied, you need to redesign your logo.
Now the marketing skill begins:
She asked me for designer who can do it for her, she will ready to pay the amount. OHHH, I am happy! I am the only designer who can do this for her 
. I replied “I can do it for you easily, you just need to wait for 10 minutes”. SO what I got the job immediately after my reply. This is how I got my first client from twitter
Conclusion:

You had a great idea with going to Twitter and searching for people who were in need of a logo.
However, in the future, if you want to find even more clients on Twitter, you should find those who want a logo on Twitter, then follow them and introduce yourself WITHOUT selling yourself or your services. Just say hi and maybe comment on a previous post of theirs or say something else nice about them.
This way, when they read your bio and see that you do logo design (and they need a logo, right?), then they’ll be more inclined to talk to you because you’re not a stranger and you’re not trying to sell to them without even getting to know them.
Does that make sense? Social media is about creating that bond and relationship first, before selling anything.
I hope you can get many more clients from Twitter!
