I am very happy that I got a chance to design Basicblogtips.com logo. Ileane smith is the founder of Baiscblogtips and she is very expert at her field, I am sure you love her articles. So, let me explain you the designing process of Basicblogtips.com
The beginning:
I design a logo for basicblogtips as the earlier logo was not so good (Ileane thinks so). I designed a very clean and simple logo for her, but the problem with that logo is that I make the letter BBT to BTB, see the logo first:
Have you seen the letters, its BTB instead of BBT. SO she advised me to make changes accordingly. Here what she asked for the logo.
To tell you the truth, I would really like to have a new logo, and I like the one you did but I am undecided about exactly how I want a new logo for me to look. I like the ideas of building blocks instead of the circle. I like how you added the dimension and made it look 3D – can you do something like that with the building block? Also, I don’t like that font you used can you try a different one?
As she asked for the building blocks instead of the circle, one more thing she added is she want some 3D effect on the logo.
My wise step:
After getting her email, I immediately thinking of building blocks, then search for some inspiration, but frankly I just stuck with that. After 15 minutes, I got a idea to put three blocks in which the Letter BBT will entertain.
Here what I designed:
She loved the logo concept and make me to do some correction in the tagline. I done that immediately. Then she ask me for gravatar of 300×300 px. And I was happy that she was expecting more from me. I designed a gravatar too and also designed favicon for her, so that she can completely change each and every design. Have a look at Gravatar and favicon.
Conclusion: Always try to make your client happy so that you can earn some respect instead of money. And I really love to work with her. Hope you too handle your clients in that way. You comments are appreciable. Thanks for reading my post
